We are delighted to say that we have 76 people due to play in our charity golf day tomorrow so a huge thanks to everyone who is participating and those who have already donated prizes or provided sponsorship.
The main focus of the event is to raise funds for two very well deserving charities being the local branch of SOBS (Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide) and PAPYRUS (Prevention of Young Suicide). With that in mind, for those who would like to support our fundraising but are unable to do so on the day, we have two tremendous silent auction prizes of vouchers that will permit 4 players to enjoy two of the premier golf courses in Scotland.
One is for the Castle Course at St Andrews being part of the St Andrews Links Trust and the other is the Fairmont at St Andrews. Whilst those attending tomorrow will get a chance to bid for the 4 ball vouchers in the silent auction that will be held, we are inviting bids from those who are unable to attend but would still like to support our fundraising efforts and get the chance to play on one of these courses. If you would like to do this, please email Cally Wilkinson with the amount of your bid by 9 o’clock tomorrow morning.
We are extremely grateful to both courses for their generous donation.
